This guide contains everything you need to know before and during move-in day, including important reminders, required documents, and helpful tips to ensure a smooth transition into your new home. To help make your move-in day as smooth and stress-free as possible, we've put together a step-by-step guide outlining everything you need to know before arrival. Review the sections below for important information about move-in appointments, key pickup, Express Move In eligibility requirements, parking and unloading procedures, and other helpful details to ensure a seamless move-in experience. Move In Day Information
Your lease agreement begins on August 15, 2026, and your apartment will be available for move-in beginning on that day. Please note that if you have been approved for Early Move-In, you will receive separate communication from our team.
Please arrive at 930 NoMo no earlier than your designated move-in time to help us ensure an efficient move-in experience for all residents. Upon arrival, follow posted signage and directions from our team members to the move-in check-in area.
Residents who have completed all items on their Move-In Checklist within the Resident Portal will qualify for Express Move-In. These residents can quickly pick up their keys and proceed directly to their apartment.
If your Move-In Checklist is incomplete, you will need to visit the leasing office to complete any outstanding requirements before receiving your keys.
To help reduce traffic and wait times, move-in appointments are organized by floor. Please review the move-in schedule below and arrive during your assigned time slot. This will help with traffic, parking, and wait times.
To help ensure a smooth and efficient arrival, please follow the directions outlined on the move-in map below. The map highlights the designated traffic flow, check-in locations, parking areas, and unloading zones to help guide you through the move-in process.
As you arrive, follow all posted signage and instructions from team members stationed throughout the property. If you have any questions or need assistance at any point, our staff will be readily available to help.
Follow These Map Directions
Enter the community through our Exterior Lot Gate at your designated key pickup time above. Entry into the parking deck from Morrison Drive will NOT be allowed on move-in day.
You may park in the exterior or interior deck (the map is of the interior only), but please be advised we have limited parking options. Our key pickup will be inside the deck entry station noted on the map. If you enter the deck and park your vehicle, you MUST exit via Morrison Drive deck entrance.
Pick up keys. If you are a standard move in, you will be directed to our lobby level office for any outstanding move-in checklist items.
Due to parking restrictions, we ask that residents bring ONE VEHICLE ONLY for move-in. This will cut down on traffic and parking issues in our lots.
The clearance in our INSIDE PARKING DECK is 7 feet or under. U-Hauls and larger moving trucks WILL NOT PASS CLEARANCE and will cause damage.
Issuing keys can be a process – we ask for patience when moving in and picking up keys. To cut down on wait times, please arrive in your designated move-in time slot.
We have two elevators only. One is in our inside parking deck and one is inside our downstairs lobby. We have three sets of stairwells. To avoid elevator congestion, please arrive during your move-in time and use the stairs when able.
We DO NOT provide move-in carts or bins. Please plan accordingly.
Staff is UNABLE to assist with carrying/installment of any personal or heavy items in your apartment. Please plan accordingly.
We have limited handicap spaces – do not park in these spaces without a displayed permit.
To make your move-in experience as quick and convenient as possible, we offer an Express Move-In option for residents who complete all required pre-move-in tasks before arrival. To qualify, please ensure that all items listed in the sections below have been completed, along with any outstanding requirements shown in your Resident Portal Move-In Checklist. This may include completing required forms, submitting documentation, signing agreements, and making any necessary payments. Residents who have completed all requirements in advance will be eligible for expedited key pickup and a faster move-in process. Please note that incomplete checklist items may require additional processing on move-in day and could result in longer wait times.

Before keys can be released on move-in day, all required charges, fees, and outstanding paperwork must be completed and verified. Your first installment payment is due no later than August 1, 2026. To ensure your unit is ready for move-in, all account balances and required fees must be paid in full prior to arrival. If you plan to make a payment on move-in day, please note that we only accept certified funds. Cash and personal checks will not be accepted. Residents who submit payments online before arrival should bring a copy of their payment confirmation for reference. Completing all payments and required documentation in advance will help ensure a faster, smoother move-in experience.

As outlined in your lease agreement, residents are required to carry a liability policy. This is NOT renter's insurance. There are two options:
1Residents will be automatically enrolled in a Landlord Required Insurance Policy Program (LRIP) for a monthly fee of $13.95. No action is required by the resident for this default option.
2Procure a Renter's Insurance policy from a third-party insurer of your preference. Proof of coverage must be provided to our partner Stern Risk Partners, LLC before your scheduled move-in date. Please see the attached link for instructions on submission.
At 930 NoMo, we're proud to be a pet-friendly community! To ensure compliance with community policies and provide the best experience for all residents, every resident is required to complete a PetScreening profile, regardless of whether they have a pet. If you have a pet, PetScreening will help manage your pet's information and ensure all required documentation is on file. If you do not have a pet, you must still complete a profile and register as a No Pet Household. Please click the link below to learn more and complete your PetScreening registration before move-in day. Completing this requirement in advance will help avoid delays during the move-in process.
Good news—residents are not required to set up utility accounts in their own name. All utility services are already established under the landlord's account for your apartment, and the community will manage utility billing on your behalf. Each month, your utility charges will be billed through your resident account and can be paid along with your monthly installment. As a reminder, residents are billed back for utility usage for electricity only. Water and Internet are not billed back and included with your rental installment. Residents will be charged a utility billing fee in addition to the utility bill each month.
We're excited to offer residents the opportunity to build and strengthen their credit history through RentPlus, an optional rent reporting program. All residents are automatically enrolled in RentPlus. Your on-time rent payments can be reported to participating credit bureaus, helping you establish or improve your credit profile while simply paying rent as usual.
